These Terms govern your access to and use of nearbylocaldeals.com and its related services (the "Platform"), operated by NearbyLocalDeals ("we", "us"). By using the Platform you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, list a business, post a job or purchase a plan.

NearbyLocalDeals is a discovery and listing platform. We connect people looking for local services with the businesses that offer them. We are an intermediary under the Information Technology Act, 2000.

Because of that, please understand clearly:

• We are not a party to any transaction, booking, service, sale or employment between you and a business or recruiter listed here.
• Listings, offers, prices, photos, job posts and reviews are supplied by third parties. We review submissions before publishing, but we cannot guarantee that any of it is accurate, current, lawful or of any particular quality.
• We do not endorse, certify or guarantee any business, product, service or job listed on the Platform. A "Verified" badge means we carried out a basic check of the listing details — it is not a guarantee of quality, licensing, or outcome.
• Any dealing you have with a business or recruiter is entirely between you and them, including payment, delivery, workmanship, warranty and employment. Satisfy yourself independently before you pay anyone or share sensitive information.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your password and one-time codes confidential, and for everything done through your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms, is used fraudulently, or puts other users at risk.

If you list a business, you confirm that:

• You own the business or are authorised to act for it.
• Every detail you publish — name, address, contact numbers, GST number, prices, offers, photos and working hours — is true, current and yours to publish.
• You hold every licence, registration and permission the law requires for your trade, and you will comply with all applicable law, including tax and consumer-protection law.
• Any offer or discount you advertise will actually be honoured on the stated terms, for the stated period.
• You will handle customer details you receive through the Platform lawfully, use them only to respond to that customer's enquiry, and not sell or misuse them.

We may edit, decline, suspend or remove any listing, offer or job post — before or after publication — if it breaches these Terms, is misleading, or attracts credible complaints. We may also remove a listing that is inactive or unreachable.

Job posts are created by third-party recruiters and employers. We do not verify vacancies, salaries, employers or the outcome of any application, and we are not an employment agency.

Never pay money to get a job. NearbyLocalDeals never charges a job seeker any fee, and no genuine employer should ask you for a registration, training or security deposit. If someone asks you to pay, stop and report the post to us.

Recruiters must post only genuine vacancies, must not ask candidates for payment, and must use applications and résumés only to assess that candidate for that role.

You may post reviews, ratings, photos and other content. You keep ownership of what you post, and you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, store, display, reproduce and distribute it on and in connection with the Platform, for as long as it remains posted.

You confirm that content you post is your own or you are licensed to post it, and that it is honest and lawful. You must not:

• Post fake, paid, incentivised or self-authored reviews, or reviews of your own competitors.
• Post anything unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, harassing, or that infringes another's intellectual property or privacy.
• Impersonate anyone, or misrepresent your connection to a business.
• Post another person's private information without their consent.
• Upload viruses or malicious code, scrape or bulk-extract data, or attempt to interfere with the Platform's security or availability.

We may remove content that breaches these rules. A business owner may reply to a review and may report one they believe is fake; business owners cannot edit or delete genuine reviews about them.

• Basic listings are free. Paid listing plans, promotional placements and advertising are charged at the prices shown on our Pricing and Advertise pages, in Indian Rupees, and may change from time to time — a change never affects a plan already paid for, only its renewal.
• Paid plans run for a fixed period. Benefits — priority placement, extra photos and videos, offer posting, featured placement and similar — apply only while the plan is active.
• When a plan expires your listing stays published, but paid benefits stop and you will not be able to post new offers until you renew.
• Placement of advertisements and featured slots is subject to availability and our editorial judgement. We may decline or remove advertising that is misleading, unlawful or unsuitable.
• Taxes apply as required by law. Invoices are issued to the account holder's details, so keep them accurate.

You may cancel a paid plan at any time; cancellation stops future renewal and takes effect at the end of the paid period. Your listing is not deleted when you cancel.

If you are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of the start of a billing period and we will review your request. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within 7 to 10 working days, less any amount already consumed for the period the plan was live.

We are not able to refund:

• Advertising or featured placement that has already been displayed.
• Plans terminated because of a breach of these Terms.
• Requests made after the 7-day window.

To request a cancellation or refund, email support@nearbylocaldeals.com from the address registered to the account, with your business name and payment reference.

The Platform — its design, text, graphics, logos, software and the selection and arrangement of its content — belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may use the Platform for its intended purpose. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, scrape, resell or create derivative works from it without our written permission. Business names, logos and photos published on listings remain the property of their respective owners.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that listing information is accurate or current.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, business, goodwill or data, arising out of or connected with your use of the Platform or any dealing with a business, recruiter or user you found through it.

Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total aggregate liability to you is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or ₹1,000, whichever is higher. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, demand, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, from content you post, or from your dealings with another user of the Platform.

You may stop using the Platform and request deletion of your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or withdraw a listing where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached, where required by law, or to protect our users. Where a paid plan is terminated for a breach, no refund is due.

We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the Platform at any time. We may also update these Terms; the "Last Updated" date above always shows the current version and we will give notice on the site before a material change takes effect. Continuing to use the Platform after that means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction, and you and we submit to that jurisdiction.

In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it, complaints about content, listings, reviews or your use of the Platform may be sent to our Grievance Officer:
