• We are not a party to any booking, service or sale between you and a business. Satisfy yourself independently before you pay anyone or share sensitive information.
• Businesses must honour the offers they advertise, on the stated terms and for the stated period. If an offer is not honoured, tell us.

Never pay money to get a job. NearbyLocalDeals never charges a job seeker any fee, and no genuine employer should ask you for a registration, training or security deposit.

• Job posts come from third-party recruiters and employers. We do not verify vacancies, salaries or employers, and we are not an employment agency.
• If someone asks you to pay, stop — and report the post to us.

• Do not share your one-time codes (OTPs) with anyone — we will never ask you for them.
• Keep your password confidential.

• Fake, paid, incentivised or self-written reviews are not allowed, and we remove them.
• Business owners can reply to reviews and report ones they believe are fake, but they cannot edit or delete genuine reviews about them.

If a listing, offer, job post or review looks misleading or unsafe, or someone asks you for money in a way that does not feel right, report it to us. We may edit, suspend or remove content that breaches our Terms or attracts credible complaints.
